Job Title: Administrative Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manages a team of administrative officers, training and developing them to enhance performance
- Oversees daily support activities
- Handle all the company and employees insurance related issues
- Handle all External relations issues including Government regulatory issues as it concerns Admin.
- Ensures completion of all administrative tasks
- Identifies key areas of improvement, plans administrative processes, establishes guidelines, and implements protocols
- Ensures Fleet Management
- In-charge of all the facilities and it's management
- Coordinates with executive management and other managers to ensure alignment with the company’s mission, vision, core values, and objectives
- Tracks team performance and ensures quality of work is within acceptable levels
Requirements
- Degree/HND in relevant areas
- 10 to 15 years of core administrative experience required for this role
- Must have experience managing more than one location of a company as an Admin Manager.
