• A branch manager is responsible for overseeing all operations, sales, and customer service at a specific branch.
• They manage staff, ensure the branch meets its financial targets, and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Additionally, they are involved in marketing the company's products, attracting new customers and retaining existing ones.
• This role is opened to Applicants who have experience as a supervisor in a microfinance bank or an applicant who is currently working as a branch manager in a microfinance bank.
