Job Description
- Selling all travel products, destinations and operators, face to face, via telephone or via email
- Delivering the highest standard of customer service
- Liaising with repeat, new and recommended clients, servicing their needs at the highest standards
- Booking travel arrangements, packages, tailor-made and travel itineraries and Luxury Travel
- Spending time to ensure the perfect travel arrangements are made for your client
- Booking all products and destinations
- Offering advice, using your previous travel industry experience and knowledge
- Working well as a team player, and alone
