Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Executive with a strong background in freight forwarding to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and strengthening our market presence in Lagos, Abuja, and Ghana.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on revenue growth and customer acquisition

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, or related field)
  • 5-8 years of experience in commercial sales, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases
  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of freight forwarding operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
