Job Title: Training Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Assess training needs through analysis of performance data, employee feedback, and business objectives
• Design and develop comprehensive training programs to address skill gaps and improve performance
• Deliver training content through various methods, including classroom instruction, online learning, and on-the-job training
• Carry out onsite and in office trainings
• Manage training logistics, including scheduling, coordination, and materials preparation
• Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics analysis, participant feedback, and performance improvement
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver specialized training content
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure training relevance and compliance
• Manage training budget and resources to optimize ROI
• Communicate training initiatives and results to stakeholders, including leadership, employees, and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any security related field
• 3+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a mid-level management role
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and teams
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, and training evaluation methods
• Familiarity with training technology and learning management systems
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Salary
N137,000 Monthly.
