Job Title: Planning and Supply Chain Manager

Locations: Lagos and Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

  • The Planning and Supply Chain Manager (P/SCM) is directly responsible for the safe and successful delivery Of the project, Developing project scope , including Planning and Supply Chain Management.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support and contribute to the realization of the Project objectives and directives.
  • Monitor Suppliers’ Performance, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Agreements (KPA) are met and drive improvement.
  • Champion the implementation of Contracting & Procurement (C&P) processes and procedures across the organization.
  • Lead at the strategy and planning stage to develop C&P strategy and contracting plans. Work with other Departments to prepare contracting strategies and contract plans at the beginning of each year.
  • Liaise closely with all Company entities to ensure all contracts are tendered for and executed in compliance with AOS/ETSL internal C&P procedures.
  • Coordinate contracts and purchase orders (PO) creation to ensure the terms and conditions are watertight and the Company’s interest is fully protected.
  • Responsible for all C&P compliance including NCDMB and local content planning, reporting, and liaisons.
  • Work closely with the Drilling and Facilities Engineering Departments in the development of work scopes, prepare invitations to tender (ITTs) and request for quotation (RFQs), prepare tender and bid documents.
  • Collaborate with Drilling & Completion and Facilities Engineering units in setting Technical and Commercial criteria for Drilling and Engineering tender evaluations.
  • Perform any other tasks as may be assigned by the Senior Project Manager.

Required Qualification and Experience

  • B.eng Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or any other engineering or science discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation (EPCI) and related contracts in the Oil & Gas industry within a client organization.
  • Experience in the industrial construction field with in-depth contracting/procurement knowledge.
  • Good team spirit and open communication skills.
  • Well organized, diligent, and proactive.
