- Candidates should possess Junior School Certificate with 5 credits including English Language plus Class 'B' Driving Licence, plus 8 years continuous driving experience.
- Or, Junior School Certificate with 5 credits including English Language plus Class 'B' Driving Licence and Class II Trade Test with 4 years experience after obtaining Class UI Trade Test.
