Job Title: Head of Human Resources
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Role and Responsibilities
- Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Provide support and guidance to management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
- Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
- Ensure new hires are properly inducted into the company.
- Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Manage employee performance by executing the performance management process annually
- Identify low performers and high performers from the performance appraisal process
- Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Manage employee payroll administration by making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time. Ensuring employees get their pay slips monthly
- Manage HMO administration by ensuring all employees is registered on chosen plan and serve as an intermediary between HMO providers and employees.
- Champion employee engagement activities to harness synergy amongst team and creating a psychological safe environment.
- Manage the company’s HRIS (Zoho people) to ensure proper data, employee information and workflows are captured.
- Evaluate human resource policies, programs, and processes and ensure they are implemented.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- 7+ years experience as a HR leader.
