Job Summary

• As a Digital Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for the organization.

What You Get To Do

• Develop and drive the company’s overall digital transformation strategy and roadmap. 
• Review existing internal business processes and identify areas of improvement. 
• Assist with the development of new fit-for-purpose digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and improve service level. 
• Champion digital transformation tools and conduct training to relevant departments within the organization. 
• Collaborate with relevant teams to analyze digital product data to drive digital transformation. 
• Lead product launches and drive approved go-to-market strategies. 
• Manage cash flow by forecasting cash needs and optimizing cash balances.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely collections and payments.
• Collaborate with senior management to formulate strategic plans and initiatives based on financial insights. Provide guidance on financial implications of business decisions.

What it takes to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field 
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
• Project management skills. 
• Adept in executing projects using the agile methodology. 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Stakeholder mapping and management 
• Market trends analysis 

Bonus Points:

• Demonstrated experience in leading Digital Transformation Initiatives 
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree
