Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors
- Coordinate repairs, renovations, and capital projects
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Manage budgets and track expenses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Degree in a related field
- 3+ years of experience in facility management
