Job Title: HR / Admin Officer

Job Description
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.
- Process employee data, including new hires, promotions, transfers, and separations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor laws.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and conducting orientation sessions.
- Ensure new employees complete the necessary paperwork and complete the onboarding process.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on company policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances.
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored programs.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.
- Process employee compensation, including salary, bonuses, and other forms of compensation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, as required.
