We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR / Admin Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.
  • Process employee data, including new hires, promotions, transfers, and separations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Ensure new employees complete the necessary paperwork and complete the onboarding process.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored programs.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.
  • Process employee compensation, including salary, bonuses, and other forms of compensation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, as required.
