Job Responsibilities

• Business Development Manager is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the sales and business development function within the organization.
• The HSBD will lead a team of sales and business development professionals and work closely with other Division/Departments such as operations, engineering, and finance to achieve their targets and objectives.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• A Master's degree is desirable.
• At least 10 years of experience in sales and business Development, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of sales and business development principles, practices, and regulations.
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is highly desirable.
• Ability to develop and implement sales and business development strategies that align with the organization's goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Experience managing a team of sales and business Development professionals.
• Professional certification is mandatory.
