Job Description
- Applicant, who must be a lawyer would be charged with the following responsibilities:
- Ensuring that the company complies with statutory legal practice, maintaining standard of corporate governance thorough understanding of the laws affecting Oil and Gas sector in Nigeria of being a point of communication between the management and clientele.
- Dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made are communicated to relevant company stakeholders.
- Any other duties assigned by the Managing Director.
