Job Title: Project Engineer

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

• The Project Engineer assists the Manager, Operations & Maintenance in managing the engineering team to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
• Mandatory is the need to have an excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate project risks.

Qualification and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 9 years of experience in engineering, with a minimum of 7 years in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of engineering design, datasheet reading/interpretation and testing various processes, systems or products analysis, including preparing project budgets, determining project specifications, and creating plans using detailed drawings and diagrams.
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices. Professional certification e.g., Certificate in Instrumentation & Controls Engineering, COREN, NSE is mandatory.
