About the Job

• Ability to analyze benefits and eligibility statuses.
• Maintain organized medical records and claims.
• Process and submit medical claims.
• Resolve encounter issues with HMO/firms.
• Recovery of payments and keeping updated financial records.
• Developing and implementing effective policies for operational procedures.
• Active communication with partnering firms.
• Ensure all claims information remains confidential.

Requirements

• Analytical and detail oriented.
• Good use of Microsoft office tools.
• Experience in claims management/HMOs is an added advantage.
• Interpersonal skills
