Qualifications
- Proven 8 – 10 years experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director, meeting, or exceeding targets
- BA/B.Sc Degree or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience as Group Head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and at each stage to position products against competitors
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Excellent listening, negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills – Bid preparation, Proposals, Presentations
- Experienced and adept in the use of IT systems, Apps and other digital tools to record, monitor, analyse and report on Sales Performance.
- Proven ability to motivate, inspire and train Sales managers and officers.
