Job Title: Farm Assistant Officer

Reports To: Farm Supervisor

Job Summary

• Farm Assistant Officers will support daily farm operations, including planting, harvesting, and maintaining crops.
• This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planting, watering, and harvesting crops.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on farm equipment and facilities.
• Monitor crop health and report any issues to the Farm Supervisor.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean working environment.
• Support pest and disease control measures.
• Participate in training sessions and follow best farming practices.

Qualifications

• ND, NCE, or SSCE or equivalent.
• Previous farm work experience is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of farming operations.
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
