Job Description

• The Farm Supervisor will assist the Farm Manager in overseeing daily farm activities, ensuring efficient operations, and supervising farm workers.
• This role involves implementing farming practices, monitoring crop growth, and maintaining equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating farm activities.
• Supervise and direct farm workers.
• Monitor crop growth and health.
• Assist in implementing pest and disease control measures.
• Maintain farm equipment and ensure proper usage.
• Record and report farm activities to the Farm Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in farm supervision.
• Strong understanding of farming practices and greenhouse management.
• Excellent supervisory and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and handle physical tasks.
