Newedge Financial Services is a finance company with the goal of being the first access point in providing financial solutions to our customers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: TeleSales Agent

Location: Ogba, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
• Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
• Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
• Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
• Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
• Answering customers' questions about the products.
• Meeting sales quotas.

Requirements

• Proximity to the office location is an added advantage.
• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree NCE/OND / HND / BSC qualification.
• 0 - 2 years work experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Creative thinking skills.
• Persuasive skills
• The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
• Good sales ability.
• Android phones with 4gb RAM (least). Android 6 version above is needed.
• Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

Salary
N80,000 / month.
