Job Title: Account Officer

Job Summary

• The Account Officer will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping for Travid Greens Limited
• This role requires a high level of attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Support external audits and liaise with auditors as necessary.
• Maintain and update financial databases and software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
