Job Details

• Be a champion for our members! Answer their questions about health plans, benefits, and claims.
• Become a master problem-solver! Help our members find solutions and troubleshoot any issues they might have.
• Channel your inner cheerleader! Provide excellent customer service with a smile, making sure everyone feels heard and supported.
• You'll research and resolve any concerns members have about their plans or claims.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
