Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Conduct regular stock audits and manage inventory discrepancies.
- Drive sales to meet or exceed store targets.
- Set policies and processes
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract customers and promote the boutique.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or complaints.
Requirements
- Qualification: HND,B.Sc
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Experience: Experience in retail, particularly in fashion or boutique settings
- Must reside around Ajah- Sangotedo axis.
Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 Monthly.
