We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales / Marketing Executive

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets for property sales.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote properties and generate leads.
• Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
• Analyze sales data and generate reports to assess performance and refine strategies.
• Organize and manage promotional events, open houses, and property viewings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure successful execution of events.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of the company's brand identity.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with the company's brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software.
