Job Description

  • On behalf of our client, an Agro-Commodity Trading company, we are recruiting for the role of Head of Performance Management.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing performance management systems and processes that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • The Head of Performance Management will be responsible for setting performance standards, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and establishing performance evaluation methods. 

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate performance of employees and teams, ensure goals and objectives meet. 
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance-related matters. This includes coaching managers on effective performance management techniques, assisting in the development of performance improvement plans, and addressing performance-related issues. 
  • Organize and deliver training programs on performance management for managers and employees.  
  • Analyze performance data and generate reports to track and communicate performance trends and outcomes.  
  • Continuously review and improve the performance management process to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.  
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and implementing new strategies and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in performance management, talent management, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of performance management principles, practices, and methodologies.
  • Experience designing and implementing performance management programs and tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
