Job Title: Client Relations / Sales Executive

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Client Relations/Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging clients, resolving issues, and converting prospects into clients.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of working experience, with experience in the advertising industry being an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conversion: Convert prospects into clients by effectively communicating the value of our services.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and results to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in sales or client relations.
  • Experience in the advertising industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
