Job Description
- The Client Relations/Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging clients, resolving issues, and converting prospects into clients.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of working experience, with experience in the advertising industry being an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conversion: Convert prospects into clients by effectively communicating the value of our services.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities and results to management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in sales or client relations.
- Experience in the advertising industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
