Job Description

• The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new business ideas, understanding client requests and needs, and generating effective solutions.
• The ideal candidate must possess a broad level of creative thinking and business development analysis to identify opportunities and drive the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

• Business Idea Development: Generate and develop new business ideas that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Client Needs Analysis: Understand the requests and needs of every client and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within the media industry.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company targets.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present proposals and pitches to potential clients.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze business development performance and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the media industry.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
