Established in 1984 by Professor Emmanuel and Professor (Mrs.) Oyin Elebute, and commencing operations in 1986 as a provider of integrated healthcare services, Lagoon Hospitals is currently the largest private healthcare services Group in Nigeria with six healthcare facilities.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary

• This role is responsible for providing efficient analytical and executive administrative support to Senior Management

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analyze data, reviewing trends, for market intelligent inference that can impact strategic focus and position the organization for competitive advantage. 
• Assist in carrying out root cause analysis and correcting quality-related issues through collaboration with process owners.
• Prepare insightful reports on research findings
• Complete administrative and project work/research.
• Accurately record minutes of meetings and distribute to relevant parties in a timely manner 
• Prepare and distribute agendas, pre-reading papers and rooms for meetings 

Qualifications

• First Degree in a relevant field with at least 3-5 years of proven experience providing executive support in a structured organization.
• Certification/ Training in Project Management or Business Analysis will be an added advantage 

Core Competencies:

• Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Sound judgement and critical thinking 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suites
• Research Data Analytics and Report Writing.
