We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hospital Administrator

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary

  • This is a medical administration role responsible for the daily operations of the hospital and providing oversight to hospital staff to ensure prompt delivery of service and appropriate quality care to patients.

Responsibilities

  • Oversight responsibility for smooth operations of the hospital on a daily basis 
  • Ensure hospital is in compliance with policies and all regulatory requirements including state and local laws
  • Maintain a consistent level of quality care offered to patients
  • Monitor patient flow in all service points in the hospital and drive initiative for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor the adequacy of the hospital's medical activities in conjunction with the leadership team.
  • Track and provide relevant reports on various hospital metrics.
  • Manage relationship with partner HMO and their enrollees
  • Timely resolution of grievances and complaints by patients 
  • Other duties as assigned

Key Result Areas / Performance Goals:

  • Smooth running of the hospital and its services
  • Prompt management of customer's grievances

Educational Qualifications

  • MBBS
  • Full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria and or relevant professional body with a valid medical practicing license.
  • Certifications or trainings in customer service, relationship management and business analysis are desired.

Key Competencies:

  • Basic Life Support skill
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills with IT skills required for the use of EMR and Microsoft Office Packages
  • Knowledge of the Nigerian healthcare sector 
  • Support and supervisory skills 
  • Interpersonal and Management skills.
