Job Title: Technology Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Reports To: Director of Sales and Marketing

Job Description

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales team.
  • The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • The Sales professional will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving the sales of our technology products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our technology products and services, staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights on sales performance and market trends.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and support for sales activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about competitor activities and market conditions, continually seeking ways to improve sales processes and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Education: A minimum of a B.Sc / HND in any discipline.
  • Experience: 6 - 8 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of technology products and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Advanced certifications in sales or technology.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
