Job Description
- A reputable firm in Office Automation seeking the position of Photocopier Engineer for Photocopiers, Multi-functional devices, and networking.
Responsibilities
- Mandatory regular/scheduled client visits - Lease/Click, AMC, New Installations & Final sign-off
- Installation and maintenance of MFPs
- Networking of Kyocera MFPs and management of printer servers and database.
- Corrective and preventive maintenance of MFP
- Ensure monthly Preventive Maintenance plans are strictly adhered to
- To provide BASIC LEVELS of Technical Support
- Adept at maintaining focus on achieving bottom-line results
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Requirements
- A minimum of BSc / HND in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or any related field.
- A minimum of 5 years working experience in a customer service engineer role or similar position, preferably in photocopiers, MFPs, or networking.
- Additional technical certifications in electronics, IT, or related fields would be an advantage.
- Communication via emails, WhatsApp, customer resource Service Software package & other communication methods as and when required.
- Good customer satisfaction record.
- Experienced & skilled at building relationships across organizations Exceptional report writing and
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
