Job Title: Secretary (Female)
Location: 1st Avenue, Gwarinpa - Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate office activities, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing files.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with travel arrangements and itinerary planning for both staff and clients.
- Maintain and update client records and databases.
- Provide administrative support to senior management and other team members as required.
- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and organized.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of travel and tourism industry is a plus.
- Must reside in Gwarinpa or nearby areas.
