Job Title: Backend Software Engineer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• As a Backend Software Engineer, you’ll be working on the CRM product of SaaS offering that helps manage the lifecycle of leads and responsible for leading, designing, and developing software applications and systems to create, manage, and analyze exciting and meaningful advertising experiences for our customers.
• We are looking for someone who is self-directed, independent and has experience owning complete products and features.

Job Description

• Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
• Experience in professional, non-internship software development
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
• Build features for all parts of our web application, its libraries, and microservices.
• Work cross-functionally across engineering, product, and design teams.
• Build and improve Lead -Management, including the overall experience and a focus on CRM feature sets: Lead pipeline management, --Lead navigation, Lead message and Advanced -Lead management features such as Tags, Calendar, Tasks

At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Have

• Minimum OND in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of engineering experience.
• Proficiency in web application programming (OOP, Java / C++, PHP, Javascript)
• Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• A good understanding of algorithms, distributed systems and microservice architecture.

Salary
N200,000 - N400,000 monthly.
