Job Title: Female Production Supervisor

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

 Responsibilities

• Oversee the production process, supervising and motivating the production staff.
• Monitoring product standards and implementing quality control programs.
• Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining.
• The central figure responsible for planning the production line of a fashion company's collections.
• Oversees inmates in the performance of assigned tasks and the overall processing and production of the Garment Factory; plans schedules of operations; ensures the proper maintenance of machinery and equipment; and conducts inspections and provides technical assistance in methods and equipment used in garment.

Requirement

• Candidates must have tailoring experience.

Salary
N80,000 - 100,000 Monthly.
