Job Title: Team Lead, Field Recovery

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• We are currently seeking to employ a recovery teamlead to coordinate activities of staff members to ensure smooth and efficient department that reduces the number of cases that are overlooked.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control collection on all NPL and written off accounts on a month-to-month basis to ensure 100% achievement of agreed Recovery benchmark.
• Run reports and analyze data pertaining to the department and share with executive staff and managers of department staff as needed.
• Create and implement strategies to increase and sustain the M-O-M performance of the Recovery team
• Recruit, hire, train and evaluate staff members within the Recovery department to ensure enough staff members are available to handle the workload.

Requirements

• HND or BSc in any relevant field
• 2 years and above experience working in Recoveries function; credit risk function experience would be advantageous

Preferred:

• Understanding / working knowledge of a collections/recovery system
• Excellent skills in Microsoft office
