Job Title: Tech Whisperer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • In this role, you will be part of a team providing direct (in-person) support services, teaching members and potential members how to use our app and other digital health solutions.
  • You will engage with individuals who visit our NudgHubs™, attend our outreaches, or interact with our roving community ambassadors.
  • Acting as a digital shadow for the members, you will build their digital/smartphone literacy.

Responsibilities

  • Follow established protocols and guidelines to deliver effective tech support.
  • Support members in navigating and using digital health solutions (CompleteHealth ™ and NaviHealth.ai ™ platforms).
  • Work closely with our members to help them understand and utilize technology to improve their health and wellness.
  • Collaborate with the NudgHub™/mDoc leadership team to create an environment that reflects the values of mDoc Healthcare, including respect for members and team members.
  • Ensure optimal member-centered care and experience, prioritizing the needs and responses of members.
  • Demonstrate initiative, willingness to learn and grow, and add value to a startup company focused on health and wellness improvement.

Requirements

  • Comfortable with technology, digital apps, and web platforms.
  • Ability to support and respond to the needs of groups of individuals.
  • Adaptable and responsive to changing member needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, Pidgin, and Yoruba.
  • Passionate about improving health and wellness in sub-Saharan Africa.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in the health/technology sector is a plus.
