Job Title: HR / Administrative Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR / Administrative Manager to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, training, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Handle employee relations, conflicts, and grievances
- Administer benefits, compensation, and performance management
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Oversee office administration, including facilities and supplies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Analyze HR data and metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 5years of experience in HR and administration
- Proven track record of success in HR management
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
