We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance, Operations & Facilities Officer I - SRL

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on facility equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with operational systems and facilities.
  • Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty equipment and components in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with other maintenance and operations personnel to address and resolve facility issues.
  • Implement and follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of maintenance practices, mechanical systems, and electrical systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Skills:

  • Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance.
  • Proficiency in diagnostic and repair tools and equipment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance management software.
