We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Ticketing and Reservation Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements according to client preferences and budget.
• Issue airline tickets, including electronic tickets (etickets) and paper tickets.
• Calculate and explain fares, including taxes, fees, and any applicable discounts or promotions.
• Create and manage travel itineraries for clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests related to ticketing.
• Verify and process travel documents, including passports and visas.
• Collect payments from clients for tickets and travel services, issuing receipts and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Assist clients with flight changes, cancellations, and refunds, adhering to airline policies.
• Handle requests for seat upgrades, special meals, and other passenger preferences.
• Stay informed about flight schedules, fare changes, and travel advisories.

Qualifications

• BSc or HND from a reputable institution
• 3 years experience in ticketing or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in ticketing systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
