We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Cashier (Pharmacy)
Location: Ikate / Jakande-Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Description
- Processing, receiving payments (cash, POS, transfer) and issuing receipts
- Greeting customers with a good attitude
- Operating cash registers quickly and accurately
- Answering Customer Questions
- Answer phone calls
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Assisting the pharmacist with selling and preparation of medications to patient
- Provide good customer service and packaging of medication
- Prepare requisition with direction from the pharmacists
- Engage in brand marketing and sales promotion
- Inventory management – FIFO/FEFO, tagging of short-dated products
- Merchandising and proper shelving of products
- Handled customer requests on prescription refills and interpretation
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 year work experience.
- Previous experience working in a pharmacy or supermarket is an added advantage
- Proximity to location is key
Remuneration
Salary is negotiable
