Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our team of drivers and trucks in Calabar.
• The successful candidate will coordinate routes, schedules, and deliveries, while ensuring excellent driver relations and fair compensation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of drivers and trucks
• Plan and coordinate routes, schedules, and deliveries
• Foster positive driver relations and ensure fair compensation (fixed pay)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics or transportation
• Knowledge of Sino Trucks (Howo) is essential
• Must reside in Calabar
