Job Overview
- Overseeing a Construction Site
- Prepare necessary resources, manage the workers, avoid discrepancies in the budget, and execute the vision of the project accurately.
- Prepare and implement health and safety plan for site workers.
- Prepare and report daily work progress at construction site to management.
- Oversee the structural design of a project
- Ensure that the right materials are used for construction activities.
- Deal with any issues that may arise at the project on a daily basis.
- Resolve all technical issues at construction site.
- Ensure that the required amount of construction material is available at the site to complete different tasks related to the project.
- Draw up schedule for material delivery to site and workers shift.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety protocols.
- Create a positive working environment for all workers on the site.
- Ensure professionals involved in the construction are skilled to accomplish the task at hand
- Ensure contractor follows standards and specifications in engineering drawings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related Field
- Minimum of 5-year experience in Construction, Power or other related industries
- Proven experience working as a civil engineer
