We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Associate

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Client Advisory:

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of legal matters.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Case Management:

• Manage and oversee legal cases from start to finish, including drafting and reviewing legal documents and preparing case strategies.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.

Legal Documentation:

• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, pleadings, and legal correspondence.
• Ensure all documents comply with legal standards and regulations.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with partners, senior solicitors, and other legal professionals to ensure effective case management.
• Collaborate with external experts, such as accountants and consultants, to support case outcomes.

Compliance:

• Ensure all legal practices and procedures comply with current legislation and ethical standards.
• Stay updated with changes in relevant laws and regulations.

Administration:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
• Manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines and client expectations.
