We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Role Description

• As part of the team, you will oversee recruitment activities, talent acquisition strategies, and ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
• Your responsibilities involve leading a team, implementing recruitment processes, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
• Excellent business growth and ability to drive sales of Recruitment services.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
