We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Training Coordinator

Location: Lagos

Position Summary

  • The HR Training Coordinator will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that align with our organizational goals.
  • This role requires a creative individual with a passion for employee development and a knack for creating engaging training content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement effective training programs and materials for employees at all levels.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives.
  • Create engaging content, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia resources.
  • Organize, facilitate and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments.
  • Continuously update and improve training materials to reflect industry trends and company changes.
  • Maintain training records and track participant progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Humanities, social or management sciences
  • Proven experience in training coordination and content development.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and authoring tools.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be living in or around Victoria Island and environs. e.g Surulere, Costain, Obalende etc.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly (depending on the level of experience).
