Job Description

• We are currently in search of a suitable candidate to fill the position of a Retail Manager in our client’s office in Port Harcourt.
• The Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Retail Unit, ensuring market expansion, customer satisfaction, and achieving sales target.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing comprehensive retail marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and creative services to create compelling retail marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and retail opportunities.
• Managing relationships with retail partners, including negotiations and joint promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Commercial, Sales, Marketing, or Business Development, preferably in the oil & gas downstream sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with marketing analytics tools preferred.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
