Job Description
- The Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff management, and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant activities, maintain inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, address complaints, and implement service improvements.
- Recruit, train, and schedule staff; conduct performance evaluations and manage team development.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and analyze sales to maximize profitability.
- Implement strategies to attract and retain customers, and coordinate promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3 - 9 years Experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
