We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Supervisor

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assigning and monitoring all tasks from the office of the Business Manager/ CEO to ensure timely closure.
• Conduct routine inspection of existing and new facilities/Properties as instructed and objectively for Facility Management Plan development.
• Attend meetings as instructed by the office of the Business Manager / CEO for technical-related matters and reporting.
• Perform the Technical Supervisor’s role to support the Operations Team.
• Review conceptual architectural designs and provide reports from a Facility Management perspective to design teams.
• Oversee projects from commencement to completion as directed by the office of the Business Manager/ CEO
• Ensuring facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health, and security standards.
• Take part in the preparation and quarterly analysis of Facility Management and Operational budget.
• Responsible for content development for Facility Management Marketing and Sales drive by research and weekly ongoing projects.
• Participate in Operational Team Building/ development exercise.
• Any other task assigned by the Business Manager / CEO.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND qualification with 4 - 9 years experience.
