Senior Auditor at the West African College of Surgeons

The West African College of Surgeons is a professional organization that promotes education, training, examinations and research in surgery in Africa. The college is the first organization to organize surgical subspecialty training in the region. In January 1975, the College was by resolution inaugurated as a constituent College of the West African Postgraduate Medical College (WAPMC) a specialized agency of the West African Health Community.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Auditor

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements where necessary.

Educational Qualification and Experience

• Candidates should possess a Degree in Accountancy from a recognized institution
• Must possess relevant professional qualification
• Minimum of six years cognate experience
• Must be computer literate
• Honesty, personal integrity and ability for hard work are essential
• Must possess ability to follow set procedures
• Accuracy and attention to details.
