The West African College of Surgeons is a professional organization that promotes education, training, examinations and research in surgery in Africa. The college is the first organization to organize surgical subspecialty training in the region. In January 1975, the College was by resolution inaugurated as a constituent College of the West African Postgraduate Medical College (WAPMC) a specialized agency of the West African Health Community.

Job Title: Assistant Chief Auditor
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the internal audit
- Strategy, policies, and procedures to ensure effective governance, risk management, and internal control processes.
- Plan and oversee the execution of internal audits, ensuring compliance with audit standards and best practices.
Educational Qualification and Experience
- Candidates should possess a Degree in Accountancy from a recognized institution
- Must possess relevant professional qualification
- Minimum of seven years cognate experience
- Must be computer literate
- Honesty, personal integrity and ability for hard work are essential
- Must possess ability to follow set procedures
- Accuracy and attention to details.
