Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Description
- The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of assigned locations.
- Their tasks will include coordinating with division heads, ensuring efficient processes, managing resources and budgets, implementing strategies for improvement, and overseeing the delivery of high-quality solutions..
Responsibilities
- Assign and monitor operational responsibilities, such as inspection of projects and sites, responding to technical problems and ensuring that customers' requests/complains are addressed effectively.
- Coordinate the teams on maintenance service, repairs of all capacities of Generators & Machinery.
- Supervises the usage, preservation, and office Generators.
- Review reports sent by team Leads and analyze the major and repetitive breakdowns, delays and proffer long lasting solution.
- Ensure Improvement on operational management system, processes and best practices
- Preparing an annual operating budget, goals and objectives for each department and monitoring the departments' performance.
- Work closely with other managers to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Performs periodic checks to ensure the teams are working in line with the compliance policies.
- Supports the Management on strategic decision making towards improving performances and general employees.
Qualifications
- MSc/BSc/HND in Mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a related role.
- Compliance management and other relevant certifications.
Skills:
- Proven experience in operations management
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse teams
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Knowledge of the Nigerian market and industry regulations
- Prior experience from a generator company is a must-have.
